Help! My address is wrong!

We process our orders very quickly to get you your gear as soon as possible. As a result, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been submitted.

However, you may still able to update the address, but you will need to reach directly out to the shipping carrier.

If your order was shipped via USPS :

  • When you click on your tracking number right below the status you can see delivery options / changes. You will need to sign up for a free account (they require this to prevent mail fraud) and update your address / delivery options. *But please note that this option will only be available once your order begins to track, not while it is in pre-shipment.

If your order was shipped via UPS :

  • Once you click on your tracking info click Delivery Options, you can sign up for a free account to update your ship to address or you may have the option to contact UPS directly through their website.
