How can I return a gift?Updated 5 months ago

The process starts the same way as regular returns: Please visit our return portal to initiate a return or exchange and create your prepaid shipping label to send back your gear but select Start Gift Return Here. With your order number and shipping address, you can request a return for a refund (store credit only for gift returns) or an exchange for a different size, color, or style. We'll send you the return or exchange information directly rather than the original purchaser if you enter your contact details.

If you need to change your shipping address for your exchange order, please let us know PRIOR to requesting your exchange / replacement. Failure to do so prior to using the portal could result in the inability to cancel or change the address and we will not be able to ship out a courtesy reshipment.
