How do I start a return?

Please visit our return portal to initiate a return or exchange and create your prepaid shipping label to send back your gear. With your order number and shipping address, you can request a return for a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

If you need to change your shipping address for your exchange order, on the Review your Return page *PRIOR* to submitting your return if you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see a box titled "Customer Information"

Select "Edit" and you will be able to update your shipping address

In the event you encounter any troubles please let us know PRIOR to requesting your exchange / replacement. Failure to do so before your request is submitted could result in the inability to cancel or change the address and we will not be able to ship out a courtesy reshipment.

Tips to make your return and exchange run smoothly and go faster:

In order for multiple orders to process correctly, they must be shipped separately with corresponding postage-paid labels.
Use the shipping label to mail your package via USPS. Get a receipt from USPS for your records. Our warehouse will process exchanges/refunds after the first scan from USPS.

We offer a 30-day return policy with a flat fee of $15 CAD and the only thing we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags applied) and in the original packaging. 

For simplicity’s sake, the $15 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
