Where is my order?Updated 3 months ago

For all orders, we will send you tracking information in an email once your order has left the warehouse. Please note that once our warehouse begins processing your order, we are unable to make any address changes. 

If you believe that your order is lost or stolen, please fill out our form to reach our Customer Support team. We review lost packages case by case. In the event that we've reviewed your case and find that it was lost / stolen we will reship the package or provide store credit if we are out of stock. We are not able to provide any refunds on lost or stolen packages.

 

If you have a confirmed delivery and the package has not been received at your desired location signified on the order, we ask that you notify us within 14 days.
