Where can I find my order information?Updated 5 months ago

If you haven't already, please create an account to conveniently access all your order information.
Please visit https://www.tenthousand.cc/

Click on the profile icon to access your account information and quickly log in or sign up.

Once you've logged in, at the bottom, you'll find three options:

1. "For you": Displays items you've viewed, saved items in your bag, and currently trending items.
2. "Order": Shows your order history linked to the email address used for your profile.
3. "Profile": Contains your personal and secure information, including shipping details and the option to sign out.

Click on the "Orders"

You can now select the order you want to inquire about and find relevant information.

*Order history information will appear under the listed email address.
