You can locate tracking details directly in your account.

Sign in to your profile for more information.

Each order will include specific details about its status:

1. Order placement confirmation
2. Estimated arrival time of the order
3. Delivery status update
4. Access to tracking information
5. Return/Exchange information

Select the order you want information about.

Then, click on "Track Shipment" - this will direct you to your confirmation page.

On the confirmation page, you'll see the tracking status. If it's in movement, you'll receive a notification. Here's an example:

You can click on the tracking number to be directed to the carrier's tracking link for real-time updates on your package's history.

If there's no status or visible tracking number, you can choose to opt into notifications at this stage:

UPS Tracking - A UPS tracking number, for domestic packages within the United States, will usually start with "1Z" followed by a 6 character shipper number

DHL Tracking - 12 digits e.g. 9XXXXXXXX (beginning with a 9)
