When should I expect to receive my refund/store credit?Updated 5 months ago
Once we receive your return, It will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking establishment. Store credit will be emailed to you immediately.
If after 5 business days your refund is not reflected in your account please reach out to our customer support.
Tips to make your return and exchange run smoothly and go faster:
- In order for multiple orders to process correctly, they must be shipped separately with corresponding postage-paid labels.
- Use the shipping label to mail your package via USPS. Get a receipt from USPS for your records. Our warehouse will process exchanges/refunds after the first scan from USPS.
